In today’s busy world, it may seem impossible to sustain a healthy lifestyle and healthy meal plan.  Where do we even start? Which foods should we eat?  How do we keep from eating the same boring meals over and over again?  With our crazy schedules and daily stresses, we often feel frustrated and uninspired to start or even maintain a healthy eating plan.

Lifestyle change is difficult, I know, I coach many through it.  So when I decided to run a membership it was because I understand that the less work you have to do the more likely you’ll be able to stick to your new habits.  The more regular and consistent coaching, the more you will maintain a healthy lifestyle.

My life is busy. Entrepreneur, business owner, mother and don’t forget self-care and life balance.  It’s a lot on the daily.  Meal Planning is essential.  Being reminded of what I need to stay focused on is essential.  Staying accountable is essential.  Without it, I get lost and frustrated and I don’t stick to my routine.  I get overwhelmed and I procrastinate.  If I’m not prepared, meals become irregular and grocery shopping is a nightmare (impulse buys).  I don’t eat well and as a result of my energy drops, I become hangry, my hormones fluctuate,… I’m just not my best self.
